Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stormico Travel Solutions Ltda. regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between us.
